From Friday 1st July 2022 from the hours of 0800HRS - 2000HRS and Sunday 3rd July 2022 from 0900HRS and 1500HRS, we are advising members of the public to take extra care at Queen Elizabeth Gardens, Salisbury as construction for the prebuild and breakdown of the festival site will take place. Please observe the following Terms & Conditions relating to your ticket and entry into the event. The terms and conditions may be subject to change and updated at anytime. It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to check these terms.

WHEN DOES THE EVENT OPEN AND CLOSE?The festival site opens at 12pm and closes at 10pm. We are partying for a glorious 10 hours! Last entry to the festival site is 9pm. We reserve the right to change the last entry time without prior notice.

GENERAL TICKET & WRISTBANDS TERMSThe organisers reserve the right to implement any restrictions/conditions deemed necessary before and during the event to ensure the safe management of the event. Tickets must be exchanged for an wristband and must be visible at all times on first entry. Tickets and wristbands are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets can only be refunded if the event does not take place. There is no separate ticket for disabled patrons. Wristbands must be securely fastened or may be void. Wristbands must be intact, in one piece, and worn at all times. Lost wristbands will not be replaced under any circumstances and if you are not wearing a valid wristband you will be asked to leave the festival site. Wristbands are required for drink purchases at all venues and outdoor bars within the main festival site. Tickets for Salisbury Pride UK Festival should only be bought from authorised agents and not street sellers, as you may be purchasing an invalid ticket. Reselling this ticket for profit or commercial gain will render it void. No tickets may be used for competitions or promotions without the prior written permission from Salisbury Pride UK. This includes official Salisbury Pride UK sponsors and media partners. Tickets, Wristbands, and all accreditation remain the property of Salisbury Pride UK and are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Salisbury Pride UK reserve the right to eject or refuse entry to any persons not wearing official accreditation from the event. Any individual acting in a manner deemed inappropriate by management inside the event may be asked to leave. Wristbands Categories Wristbands will be issued from the event organisers or nominated persons in categories: Over 18 years. Under 18 years VIP wristband - (Charges apply)

WHAT CAN I BRING WITH ME?Salisbury Pride UK CIC reserve the right to refuse admission and confiscate any item which may not be suitable at the event as well as a danger to others or the venue when entering. Exceptions will be offered for our accessibility customers and for families with young children. See the prohibited items list below: ​ Strictly no illegal substances or categorised as a legal high will be permitted. Individuals who may be deemed too intoxicated upon arrival. Items which are or may be illegal Weapons Fireworks, flares Flagpoles, sticks Glass Perfume bottles and aerosols canisters Spray paint, graffiti pens Food and drink Stool and tables Luggage Laser pens Candles and lanterns High-vis bibs, jackets or vests Private sounds systems Any other articles which may be a danger to the public or cause nuisance.

AGE RESTRICTIONSSalisbury Pride Festival is a family friendly festival and we encourage the participation of all, however an event on the scale of ours requires certain safeguarding protections in place. Under 16’s should be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Wrist bands will be issued to all members of your party and must be worn/displayed at all times while at the festival.

ALCOHOL & CHALLENGE 25 POLICYSalisbury Pride UK CIC operates a Challenge 25 Policy. Please have your ID ready for inspection when you arrive at our bars. Our bar staff are required to conduct random ID checks when serving, please don’t be offended if you are asked for ID again. All bars reserve the right to refuse service if you cannot provide a valid ID – please note it is an offence to purchase alcohol for anyone under the age of 18 years, and will result in ejection from the event. We only accept a valid in date passport, driving licence or national proof of age ID card that displays the PASS hologram. Photos or photocopies are NOT accepted. The event organisers/event staff have the right to refuse anyone who may be intoxicated and will be asked to leave the event. Water will be available free of charge from the bars. ARE THERE ATM MACHINES ON SITE?There will be no ATM machines on site. Contactless payment is preferred.

ENTERTAINMENT PROGRAMMEYour ticket/wristband is for the event and not to see a specific artist or band. Salisbury Pride UK reserves the right to change the programme or running times without prior notice.

ARE DOGS ALLOWED?Friendly dogs are welcome on a lead, Owners are responsible for any dog fouling and must not leave any dog unattended at all times.

ANTI-SOCIAL OR HOMOPHOBIC BEHAVIOURSalisbury Pride UK CIC operate a ZERO TOLERANCE policy towards anti-social or homophobic/transphobic behavior. We reserve the right to eject anybody from the festival site.

ARE THERE ACCESSIBLE TOILETS?There is wheelchair accessible toilets located on the festival site.

WHERE TO STAY?There are many different accommodation options within walking distance of Salisbury Pride UK. You may wish to book a hotel, a B&B, or stay with friends. ​ Book early to save disappointment !

SEARCH POLICYEveryone will be subject to search on entry to the event. Please cooperate with our security team who are conducting searches for your safety. If customers refuse to be searched, they will be refused entry to event areas and refunds will not be issued. Before entering, detailed searches of clothing and all bags will be carried out. Anyone found in possession of illegal substances or contraband goods will be refused admission, ejected from the event and may be handed to the Police. We understand some customers may have personal items that they do not wish to be on show and this will be respected. We also reserve the right to search whilst inside the event areas Working trained accredited security dogs may operate at any time during the event.

FILMINGTicket holders consent to the photography, filming/sound recording of the event as members of the audience, which may be used for promotional purposes. If you do not wish Salisbury Pride UK to use your picture, please inform the photographer. The events will be filmed and recorded. Buying a ticket affirms your consent to the filming and sound recording of yourself as a member of the audience.
